First term courses (2025): German, Chinese, French, English, Italian and Japanese

The University of Alcalá is offering a new edition of its foreign language courses this year. These courses take place during the first semester and are designed to be compatible with the academic or professional commitments of the participants.

The program follows the levels of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR), allowing students to progress steadily and join groups that match their skills.

Our foreign language courses:

• Take a practical approach, focused on real-life situations, where all language skills are equally important (speaking, writing, and interaction).

• Emphasize the use of the language in contexts ranging from everyday informal settings to professional and formal situations.

• Combine language learning with the culture, customs, and traditions of the countries where the language is spoken.

Students of the University of Alcalá and members of its university community are entitled to a significant discount on all foreign language courses offered.
